[06-19-2022] Fresno County, CA - 41-Year-Old Man Killed During Father’s Day in Fatal DUI Crash in ClovisFather’s Day ended in tragedy for one Valley family as 41-year-old Ashton M. was killed when a drunk driver collided head-on with his vehicle in Clovis on Sunday, June 19, 2022.

The crash occurred at around 7:00 p.m. on Ashlan at Sunnyside Avenue in the Tarpey Village area.

35-year-old Narayana Z. was driving a black pickup truck east on Ashlan when it swerved into oncoming traffic and collided with another vehicle, according to CHP officers.

According to the police, McKiearnan, his wife, and their two children were all in that car. He died at the scene.

The woman was also injured, but she is expected to make a full recovery. One of the children suffered multiple fractures.

Zerr was taken into custody and taken to the Fresno County Jail.
