A pedestrian was found dead after being struck by a train in Pomona late Thursday evening, June 22, 2023.
According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the fatal crash occurred around 10:28 p.m. between the 57 Freeway and Temple Avenue, south of 3100 Pomona Boulevard.
The unknown victim was found between two trains and declared dead at the scene.
The authorities are currently conducting an investigation. Further details about the fatal crash have yet to be released.
