A 27-year-old pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle in Highland early Friday morning, June 23, 2023.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, the fatal crash happened around 12:50 a.m. in the 26000 block of Cypress Avenue.
The pedestrian was identified as Eduardo S., a resident of Highland. The victim was found on the sidewalk and taken to St. Bernardine Medical Center, where he was later declared dead.
Information on the vehicle’s driver is unavailable at the moment. Further details about the fatal crash have yet to be released by the authorities.
