A 65-year-old man identified as Obera W. died after a two-vehicle collision in Watts on Saturday, June 25, 2022.
The fatal crash occurred shortly after 6:00 p.m. at Compton Avenue and Century Boulevard.
According to the investigation reports, Washington was traveling south on Compton Avenue when a northbound driver made a left turn in front of him onto Century Boulevard.
The motorcycle rider was seriously injured, and the authorities eventually pronounced him dead.
His city of residence has not been disclosed.
According to the authorities, the car’s driver remained at the scene after the collision.
