Two people were trapped in their car and sustained unknown injuries after crashing into a light pole in East Los Angeles on Monday morning, July 3, 2023.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred on Ford Boulevard and 3rd Street in front of King Taco shortly after 3:00 a.m.
No information was released regarding the events that led to the collision. When the Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel arrived at the scene, they found two occupants trapped in the wreckage.
The firefighters successfully extricated the two, and they were both brought to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries.
It is uncertain whether drugs or alcohol were a factor in this collision.
