[07-03-2023] Pedestrian Killed After Being Struck by Vehicle in RialtoA pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle in Rialto early Monday morning, July 03, 2023.

According to the Rialto Fire Department, the fatal crash happened around 1:30 a.m. on the westbound 210 Freeway at Riverside Avenue.

An unidentified victim was declared dead at the scene, while the driver of the vehicle did not sustain any serious injuries.

The driver remained on the scene while the authorities examined the cause of the fatal crash.

The California Highway Patrol San Bernardino Station reportedly will lead the investigations. Further information about the fatal crash has yet to be released.
