According to the California Department of Transportation, a fatal three-vehicle collision resulted in an unknown number of deaths near Escalon on Tuesday afternoon, July 5, 2022.
The fatal three-vehicle crash occurred shortly after 2:00 p.m. on Highway 120 west of Escalon.
The California Highway Patrol’s dispatch records show that the collision involved a big rig and two sedans.
A Stockton Area CHP spokesperson reported that no further details about the crash are available.
The crash remains under investigation.
