[07-08-2021] Placer County, CA - Woman Hurt Following a Road Rage Shooting in LincolnAn unidentified woman was injured after a road rage shooting incident in Lincoln on July 8, 2021.

Deputies reportedly found the victim standing next to her vehicle along Athens Avenue with a gunshot wound on her leg.

The woman told authorities that she had been involved in a road rage incident with another driver. The woman was immediately taken to an area hospital for treatment.

Authorities were able to locate and identify the suspect on the following day. He was identified as 22-year-old Andre L. Authorities found a loaded Glock 27 in the suspect’s vehicle and approximately 90 bullets.

He was arrested and is facing charges of discharging a firearm from a motor vehicle and assault with a firearm.
