A pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle on the 101 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles on Tuesday morning, July 11, 2023.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident was reported at approximately 5:00 a.m. in the southbound lanes near North Los Angeles Street.
