According to the report, the incident took place on the 55/405 Freeway division right before Anton Blvd./Bristol St./Avenue of Arts exit at around 2:15 a.m.

Brian O. was driving a 2021 White Dodge Durango when he was struck by another vehicle that fled the scene after the collision.

Brian passed away on July 22, 2023, due to the injuries sustained in the incident. He was a husband, a father of four children, and the sole provider of their family.
