A plane crash can be caused by various factors, including pilot error, corporate negligence, FAA regulations violations, and mechanical issues.
Law requires a plane and automobile manufacturers to only market products that are safe for human habitation. The manufacturer may be held liable when defective planes or plane parts endanger passengers. In this case, the liability is referred to as “product liability.”
