According to the report, the hit-and-run occurred around 11:15 a.m. in the 2400 block of Victoria Avenue.

According to police, the female suspect was driving a red, newer model Toyota Prius.

The injured man was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

The police department is looking for video footage from nearby residences that might provide them with more leads.
