According to the California Highway Patrol, several people were injured after a late-night chase that ended in a crash on Friday, July 29, 2022.

According to the CHP, the authorities pursued a vehicle before the crash. The pursuit ended in a fatal crash at Winnetka Avenue and Roscoe Boulevard after the suspect collided with an innocent driver.
