Both drivers can be held legally responsible when only two cars are involved in an accident. When more than one car is concerned, it can be hard to find a solution.

You may not want to trust an insurance company if it’s unclear who caused an accident with more than one car. Please don’t count on an insurance company to pay out quickly on a claim, as they often put their bottom line ahead of customer satisfaction.
