[08-04-2023] Riverside County, CA – Pedestrian Killed After Being Struck by Vehicle in Jurupa Valley

A pedestrian was fatally injured after being struck by a vehicle in Jurupa Valley on Friday morning, August 4, 2023.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office Jurupa Valley Station and the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection responded to the accident at Van Buren Boulevard and Bellegrave Avenue around 12:32 a.m.

What led to the crash is unknown, but the pedestrian was found dead at the scene. The authorities also located the vehicle that collided with the victim. The vehicle’s driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.

There was no disclosure of the identities of the people involved in the crash.
