San Diego County Car Accident Lawyers
In the vast majority of auto accident cases, legal negligence is used. However, to prove that the other driver was at fault in a reckless driving accident, your California reckless driving accident attorney will work to establish intentional behavior or “negligence per se.” Intentional behavior carries a higher risk of certain outcomes because it is voluntary, like driving while intoxicated or high.
An injured pedestrian, passenger, or another road user may be able to establish negligence per se liability because reckless driving is against the California Vehicle Code, and negligence per se involves breaking the law. In either scenario, having a solid claim calls for the education and experience of a determined California reckless driving accident lawyer.
