[08-12-2021] Solano County, CA – Man Arrested In Connection to 2 Road Rage Incidents in Vallejo

A 27-year-old man identified as Frank Devante S. was arrested in connection to 2 road rage incidents that happened in January and February 2021.

The suspect was arrested on August 12, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. He was booked at Napa County Department of Corrections.

On January 21, 2021, the suspect was traveling on Devlin Road between Gateway Road and Sheehy Court. The suspect then shot a man in another vehicle for unclear reasons, possibly due to road rage.

The victim was shot in the stomach and sustained serious injuries in the mishap. Just two weeks later, on February 4, 2021, the same suspect was involved in a second road rage incident.

The incident occurred in American Canyon. The suspect reportedly pointed a gun at the other driver.

Authorities could recover the gun that the suspect used in the shooting.
