According to the report, the incident occurred at the intersection of Heath and Meacham Roads that afternoon.

There was video footage of an upside-down white GMC truck seen at the scene. However, the cause of the incident and the events leading up to the collision remains unclear.

Witnesses said two people were taken to nearby hospitals after the accident. There were no details about the victims’ conditions.
