[08-13-2023] Driver Injured Following Suspected DUI Collision Near Agua DulceA driver was injured after a 33-year-old DUI driver had caused a collision just along the Agua Dulce Canyon Road, Los Angeles County, on Sunday evening, August 13, 2023.

According to the California Highway Patrol Newhall Office, the Toyota Sedan driven crashed at around 9:48 p.m. along State Route 14 in Agua Dulce.

The vehicle had two passengers during the incident, one of which is of minor age. It was not specified if the passengers of the Toyota Sedan sustained any injuries. However, authorities stated that the driver of the other vehicle involved in the crash was injured.

After further investigation, it was later determined that the 33-year-old Toyota driver was intoxicated at the time of the incident and is now in custody, facing DUI charges.
