Fatal Two-Vehicle Collision

Numerous fatal car accidents occur on the state’s wide, congested highways. Each year, truck accidents and high-speed driving in California result in a significant number of fatalities on the state’s roads.

In a recent OTS poll, 57% of Californians said exceeding the posted speed limit on the state’s freeways by 10 miles per hour was acceptable. Nearly 40% of those surveyed said it was unlikely they would be fined for going ten miles per hour over the speed limit.

In recent years, there have been more car accidents in the US. Thirty-three thousand six hundred fifty-four lost their lives in car accidents in 2018. Thirty-six thousand five hundred sixty people died as a result of automobile accidents.

Similar to drunk driving, distracted driving poses a serious risk to the public’s safety and must be avoided. Personal injury victims must hold negligent drivers liable for their actions. Since it is more challenging to prosecute a distracted driver than a drunk driver, distracted drivers are not always charged criminally.

You have the right to receive complete and just compensation for all losses incurred as a result of an automobile accident. Even though it is difficult to quantify, you must fairly compensate for losses (like pain and suffering, diminished quality of life, and permanent physical deformities).
