According to San Diego police Officer John B., the collision happened around 3:10 p.m. in the 3500 block of Webster Avenue.

The boy didn’t wear a helmet, causing severe injuries and multiple fractures, including a laceration to his face due to the collision.

A 27-year-old woman was operating the 2021 Nissan Sentra that was involved in the collision.
