In motorcycle accidents, the rider is more likely to get hurt than the other person, which can be bad for everyone.
Because of how sensitive they are to crashes, motorcyclists are more likely to get serious or even fatal injuries than other road users.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says that motorcyclists are 16 times more likely to be hurt or killed in an accident than people riding in cars (NHTSA).

In the United States, motorcycles are involved in 11% of all car accidents. In 2018, 82,000 people were hurt on motorcycles, and 4,095 people died on motorcycles.

Helmets have been shown to save lives because they protect riders from injuries that could kill them and keep them safe. The IIHS says helmets help prevent about 37% of motorcycle deaths and about 67% of brain injuries.

Also, the area below the collarbone is full of beautiful natural things. Wearing protective clothing like gloves, jackets, pants, and shoes can help you avoid road rash and other motorcycle injuries.
