[08-24-2022] A 58-year-old Male was Fatally Killed after a Hit-and-Run Accident in Desert Hot SpringsA 58-year-old man, Paul N., died after a fatal hit-and-run collision involving an SUV in Desert Hot Springs on Wednesday evening, August 24, 2022.

The accident happened around 8:10 p.m. in the 12000 block of Palm Drive at Cahuilla Avenue.

Nava passed away at the scene shortly after the collision, despite CalFire and EMS crews’ best efforts.

Viewers of KESQ News Channel 3 called in details of the accident in front of the liquor store.

The local authorities from the Desert Hot Springs Police Department responded to the scene and are currently investigating.
