[08-24-2022] High School Pedestrian Student Hospitalized after Crash in WoodlandAccording to the authorities, a high school student was hospitalized after a pedestrian crash on Beamer Street Wednesday afternoon, August 24, 2022.

According to the authorities, the crash occurred around 2:26 p.m., near California Street and Beamer Street.

The driver of a vehicle has been reported as having lost control of the vehicle and veered onto the sidewalk for unknown reasons.

A student from Woodland High School who was walking in that area at the time was struck and injured by a vehicle there.

The investigators are still trying to determine what caused the crash.
