A 67-year-old man suffered head injuries after a hit-and-run accident in Central Fresno Friday morning, August 26, 2022.

The accident happened around 1:00 a.m. in Olive and Millbrook.

Police claim that after approaching the pedestrian again, the driver and the pedestrian argued before the driver sped up and struck the victim.

The vehicle involved description is a four-door grey or silver Kia.
