[08-26-2022] Marin County, CA - Four People Died in a Fiery Truck Accident on Blanco RoadA fatal truck collision left four people dead at a section of Blanco Road in Marina on Friday, August 26, 2022.

According to the investigators, the Home Depot moving truck collided with a light post close to Blanco Road and Reservation. The car caught fire due to the collision, quickly spreading to the surrounding vegetation.

According to Marina police, Blanco Road is blocked eastbound between Reservation Road and Cooper Road.

Highway 68 is being used as a detour for vehicles on the reservation. There is no estimated time for reopening.

The accident is to be further investigated.
