[08-29-2022] Orange County, CA – Four Injured in Head-On Two-Vehicle Collision near Lemon Street

According to the authorities, four people suffered injuries following a head-on two-vehicle collision on Orangethorpe Avenue on Friday, August 26, 2022.

The crash occurred at around 8:30 p.m. just east of Lemon Street.

The police say that a Nissan Altima and another car crashed into each other head-on in the area. But it’s still not clear what else happened before the crash.

When first responders got there, both cars had very damaged front ends. At least four people inside the building were taken to local trauma centers for more care.

At the moment, Fullerton officials are trying to find out more about the head-on crash on Orangethorpe Avenue.
