According to the West Sacramento Fire Department, a 12-year-old biking to school was struck and suffered minor injuries after a bicycle accident involving a car in West Sacramento on Tuesday morning, August 30, 2022.
The man who saw the accident reported it around 7:40 a.m. near Bridgeway Island Elementary School.
