[08-30-2023] Fresno County, CA – Motorcycle Vs. Vehicle Crash Kills One Female Rider in Clovis

A female motorcyclist was killed after colliding with a vehicle in Clovis early Wednesday afternoon, August 30, 2023.

According to the Clovis Police Department, the crash occurred at Nees and Sylmar Avenues, between Willow and Peach, around 12:00 p.m.

Authorities stated the motorcyclist was going east on Nees Avenue when she collided with a car turning left from the other direction.

The motorcycle rider was transported to a Fresno-area hospital, where she died. Officials said the male driver was not injured and was cooperating with police.

No further details were released about who caused the crash and the identities of those involved. Anyone with information about the incident should contact the authorities immediately.
