The crash transpired at around 5:10 a.m. westbound on SR-62 east of Ironage Road near Twentynine Palms.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a 30-year-old woman from Chula Vista was driving west in her Fiat on SR-62 east of Ironage Road.

The CHP is still looking into the crash. Investigators found that neither alcohol nor drugs seemed to have played a role.

Single-Vehicle Crash Statistics

Every year, a shocking number of people die in one-car accidents in California.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says that when one car hits another, it is the cause of 62% of fatal car accidents in California. If you drive in California, there are a few things you should be aware of that could lead to an accident.

Many things can lead to accidents with only one car. Runaway vehicle accidents are more likely to happen when the driver is going too fast or making sharp turns on a wet road. Trucks driving by threw branches and other trash onto the road, which was already full of garbage.

Comprehensive insurance is more likely to pay for damage when a single-car accident is caused by something other than your or the driver’s carelessness.

San Bernardino County County Car Accident Lawyers

Even if someone else dies, it is still illegal to drive recklessly, and almost no one who gets hurt in a car accident can go back to work or school. People whose deaths were caused by another driver’s carelessness can file a “wrongful death” claim.

During depositions and trials, victims must testify before many people while fighting the pain of remembering their past losses and sorrows. Legal problems that aren’t solved may harm people’s mental health.

A driver who causes a car accident needs to be held accountable as soon as possible. Someone has to take the blame when too many people die because of carelessness. Even though it can be challenging, wrongful death lawsuits can help families who have lost a loved one. How people drive in California will change a lot because of this choice.
