[09-02-2022] San Bernardino County, CA - One Death Following a Fatal Motorcycle Crash in BloomingtonA pedestrian lost his life after a fatal motorcycle crash on Friday night, September 2, 2022, in Bloomington.

According to the Bloomington Police Department, the collision transpired around 9:27 p.m. near Veterans Parkway and Empire Street.

When the police arrived, they found that a pedestrian had been struck by a motorcycle.

According to BPD, both the motorcyclist and the pedestrian suffered critical injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital.

The McLean County Coroner’s Office later declared the pedestrian dead at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, according to BPD. There will be an autopsy.

As the investigation went on Friday night, the intersection of Veterans Parkway and Empire Street remained closed for a while.

On Saturday, there was no more information available.
