[09-04-2022] Monterey County, CA - Two-Vehicle Crash in Salinas Injures Both DriversTwo people were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Salinas on Sunday morning, September 4, 2022.

Police say the collision occurred just before 7:00 a.m. at the intersection of College Drive and West Alisal Street.

One vehicle struck a house, and on Alisal Street, another hit a pine tree on College Drive.

According to local news, the police at the scene stated that the drivers of the two vehicles might be acquainted.

No one was injured inside the house.

The car owners were transported to the hospital. It is not known what their condition is at this time.

It is still unknown what caused the crash. There are no other details available.

The crash remains under investigation.
