[09-04-2022] Sacramento County, CA – One Person Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on Northgate Boulevard

According to the authorities, a car passenger was injured after a police chase in Sacramento ended in a collision on Sunday, September 4, 2022.

According to the Sacramento Police Department, the crash occurred around 11:25 a.m. in the 3200 block of Northgate Boulevard.

The officers were called to a report of a knife attack and rifle assault on a victim.

When the suspect fled and gave police a chase, they discovered him inside a nearby car.

According to the police, the driver struck an uninvolved vehicle close to Rio Linda Boulevard and Sonoma Avenue.

One person from the uninvolved vehicle was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.

The accused was detained. There are no other details available.
