According to the Antioch Police Department, a 30-year-old woman and a three-month-old newborn were injured in a late-night collision in Antioch on Monday evening, September 05, 2022.
The accident happened at about 9:30 p.m. at Delta Fair Boulevard and Century Boulevard.
According to witnesses, a car crossed the center median into oncoming traffic before hitting a Tri-Delta bus, inflicting front-end damage to both vehicles.
A 30-year-old lady and a three-month-old newborn were seriously injured and were sent to two nearby hospitals.
Officers and emergency medical personnel assisted persons who had been hurt in the crash.
The crash is to be further investigated.
