[09-06-2021] Los Angeles County, CA - One Person Hurt After a Road Rage Incident in Santa MonicaAt least one person was hurt after a suspected road rage crash in Santa Monica on Monday, September 6, 2021.

The incident transpired at approximately 1:20 p.m. near Yorkshire Avenue and Pico Boulevard in Santa Monica.

The suspect rear-ended the victim’s vehicle in a possible road rage incident. One of the victims exited their vehicle when the suspect suddenly fired shots at them, leaving the one person with a grazed knee.

The suspect then fled the scene. He was described as a white man with a thin build, is around 6 feet, and is estimated to be around 20 to 25 years old. His vehicle was a newer model black Mercedes-Benz four-door sedan.

The injured party was immediately taken to an area hospital for treatment. The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed.
