About 1 in 8 adults in the US has driven while intoxicated at least once, making it a severe problem. Approximately one in every three traffic deaths involves alcohol, and half of those deaths involve drivers under 21.

Although these figures are startling, it’s important to remember that various factors can play a role in these mishaps. Driver error is one of the most frequent causes of drunk driving accidents.
