People’s lives are put in danger by rude or careless drivers behind the wheel. People who did nothing wrong cannot be injured by reckless driving. As a result, drivers should be held responsible for the injuries and deaths they cause.

Traffic accidents, road rage, and many highway deaths are caused by aggressive driving in the United States. When someone does a series of moving traffic violations to put other people or their property at risk, that is aggressive driving, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

In a 2009 American Automobile Association study, aggressive driving was a factor in 56% of fatal crashes from 2003 to 2007. NHTSA’s Fatal Accident Reporting System indicates that driving too fast is the most common cause of deadly accidents. It is a serious traffic violation or a hazardous way to drive in California without attention.

Driving recklessly, carelessly, and impaired are often used interchangeably. Whatever you call it, it is much more likely that a severe car accident will occur. In 2016, 3,623 people died in car accidents in California, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

The number is more than a thousand higher than in 2010. There are 2,720. Drunk driving killed 1,059 people, and speeding killed 1,056.
