The Cypress Police Department reported that a woman allegedly ran a man over in her car on purpose, resulting in one death on Monday, September 25, 2022.
The crash took place around 8:30 p.m., on Graham Street close to Oak Knoll Park.
Authorities claim that before striking the pedestrian with her car, Hannah E., 20, engaged in an altercation with the pedestrian.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. Esser was detained after investigators concluded that the collision was intentional.
It has not yet been possible to identify the man who died in the collision.
The Cypress Police is still investigating the crash.
