According to the authorities, one person is dead after a two-vehicle collision on the 10 Freeway in the Bloomington area of San Bernardino early Sunday morning, September 25, 2022.
According to the California Highway Patrol San Bernardino Station, the collision occurred at around 3:17 a.m. westbound 10 Freeway just before the Sierra Avenue exit.
According to San Bernardino County Fire, a traffic collision involving two vehicles has resulted in one person becoming incapacitated on the freeway.
Officers and firefighters who responded to the call found two vehicles and a body in the roadway. One of the vehicles was a red two-door with significant damage, and the other was a pickup truck on the right shoulder with significant damage to the front end.
Firefighters and paramedics arrived at the scene and determined that the person had passed away. It is unknown whether any other people were transported to a hospital after the incident.
The investigation into what caused the collision in the traffic continues.
