[10-10-2022] One Person Sustained Minor Injuries Following Two-Vehicle Crash Near OrovilleAccording to CAL FIRE Butte Unit, an unidentified person was injured in a two-vehicle rollover collision on Highway 70 on Monday, October 10, 2022.

The crash occurred Monday morning on Highway 70 near Oroville.

CAL FIRE reported that the person only suffered minor wounds after at least two vehicles collided on Monday morning.

Although there were blocked lanes on Highway 70 close to Cottonwood Road, authorities were able to clear the road.

According to CAL FIRE, traffic delays are expected while the scene is being cleared.

The identity of the victim has yet to be disclosed.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
