A 35-year-old motorcyclist was killed after a vehicle collision in Venice, Los Angeles, on Friday night, October 27, 2023.
The Los Angeles Police Department and Los Angeles Fire Department responded to reports of the incident around 10:55 p.m. along Lincoln Boulevard and Lake Street.
Upon the arrival of emergency teams, they found a rider, approximately 35 years old, lying on the roadway, and he was declared dead on the scene.
Initial investigations showed that the motorcycle rider collided with an 81-year-old man’s car as it was turning westbound onto Lake Street. The man refused medical transport and remained at the scene.
Authorities have not released the motorcyclist’s identity, and further investigation into the crash and its factors is ongoing.
