[11-04-2022] Orange County, CA – 33-Year-Old Pedestrian Killed After A Hit-And-Run Collision in Irvine

A 33-year-old man was killed following a hit-and-run crash in Irvine Thursday night, November 4, 2022.

Authorities confirmed that the fatal collision transpired around 9:11 p.m. near Von Karman Avenue and Dupont Drive.

According to authorities, the victim was walking southbound in the lanes of traffic on Von Karman Avenue near Michelson Drive.

Upon responding to the scene, paramedics pronounced the victim dead.

After being struck, the vehicle immediately sped away from the scene.
