[11-07-2022] Riverside County, CA – One Person Killed After a Deadly Multi-Vehicle Crash Near Columbia Avenue

A 38-year-old man identified as Spencer S. was killed after a deadly multi-vehicle crash near Columbia Avenue on early Friday morning, January 7, 2022.

The fatal collision transpired at approximately 2:13 a.m. in the southbound lanes of 215 Freeway near Columbia Avenue.

Three vehicles collided on the roadway under unclear circumstances. How the accident occurred and why it happened have not been established.

One person was seriously injured in the crash. He was rushed to Riverside Community Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

The California Highway Patrol is further investigating the cause of the accident.
