[11-09-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – Car Chase Led to Horrific Multi-Vehicle Collision in Cerritos

A car chase resulted in a multi-vehicle crash and left multiple injured in Cerritos Wednesday morning, November 9, 2022.

The collision reportedly occurred around 10:00 a.m at Norwalk and Del Amo Boulevards.

Reports state that the driver struck cars on the 91 Freeway in Paramount, hurting a woman riding in another vehicle.

According to authorities, the alleged driver was careless as he switched lanes and traveled from the 105 to the 605 Freeway in the southbound direction.

Then, he entered the surface streets in the Long Beach neighborhood.

An 18-year-old driver was traveling a few miles up the road when the pickup truck struck his vehicle with a third vehicle at the intersection.

Paramedics entered the third vehicle and transported the second victim to a nearby hospital.

Further investigations on the crash are still ongoing.
