[11-12-2021] San Benito County, CA – One Person Killed After a Deadly Pedestrian Crash in Hollister

An unidentified man was killed after getting involved in a deadly pedestrian crash in Hollister on early Friday morning, November 12, 2021.

The fatal crash transpired at approximately 4:00 a.m. in the area of San Felipe Road in Hollister.

The victim was walking on San Felipe road when he was suddenly struck by a passing vehicle under unclear circumstances.

The driver that struck the man remained at the scene and immediately called 911. He willingly cooperated with local authorities.

Unfortunately, the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has not been disclosed. No other injuries were reported.
