A woman was killed, and two kids were hurt in a single-vehicle collision in South Lake Tahoe early Monday morning, November 14, 2022.

The fatal crash occurred around 4:30 a.m. south on State Route 89, Picketts Junction.

Reports state that a white 2019 Hyundai sedan driver lost control of the vehicle for an unknown reason, drove obliquely off the road, and hit a small boulder.

According to authorities, the driver, 33-year-old Noelle R. of Fair Oaks, California, was killed.
