An unidentified motorcycle rider was killed after a deadly rear-end crash near Arena Boulevard on Tuesday night, November 16, 2021.

A motorcycle rider was traveling northbound on Interstate 5 when he was suddenly rear-ended by an unspecified vehicle.

Due to the severity of the impact, the rider was ejected from his motorcycle and landed in the traffic lanes. The motorcycle rider was pronounced dead at the scene.

No other injuries were reported. The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed. Information about the crash is limited at the moment.

The northbound lanes of Interstate 5 were temporarily shut down but were later reopened. Local authorities are further investigating the cause of the accident.
