[11-17-2022] One Killed Following Bike vs. Car Crash on Los Osos Valley RoadA 58-year-old bicyclist was killed after a collision involving another vehicle in San Luis Obispo Thursday night, November 17, 2022.

Authorities reported that the deadly crash transpired around 7:00 p.m. near Los Osos Valley Road in the 12200 blocks.

Reports indicate that the 58-year-old victim was fatally struck after he swerved into oncoming traffic while riding his bike.

Responders immediately arrived on the scene and attempted to revive the bicyclist. He was taken to a hospital but later succumbed to his severe wounds.

At this time, the victim’s identity is still unknown.

The driver remained at the scene and complied with the police investigation.
