[11-20-2021] Kern County, CA – One Person Killed After a Deadly Head-On Crash in Bakersfield

A 20-year-old man identified as Devon David A. was killed after a fatal head-on collision in Bakersfield on Saturday night, November 20, 2021.

The deadly collision happened on Highway 58 near General Beale Road in Bakersfield at approximately 10:00 p.m.

A semi-truck and another vehicle collided head-on on the highway under unclear circumstances. How the accident occurred, and the reason it happened has not been established.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene. It’s unclear whether other people were injured in the mishap.
