An 86-year-old passenger was killed following two hit-and-run collisions in Concord on Thanksgiving night, November 23, 2023.

According to the Concord Police Department, the fatal incident happened before 7:00 p.m. between Oak Grove Road and Treat Boulevard.

The first hit-and-run collision happened near the intersection of Oak Grove Rd. and Treat Blvd. An unknown driver proceeded half a block and struck another car carrying the elderly passenger.
